Tamiya 1/35 British L.R.D.G. Command Car

This is a 1/35 scale assembly model of the L.R.D.G. Car Breda 20mm AA Gun. This model depicts an L.R.D.G. truck towing a captured Italian Breda 20mm cannon. History and background: The Long Range Desert Group was a British unit which continually harassed German forces behind enemy lines throughout North Africa during WWII. These men would travel vast distances in the harsh African desert and they would often press captured equipment into service.
